Terms and Conditions
- AE, Visa/Master Cards are accepted.
- Bids and School Purchase orders accepted, net 30 days
- Certified checks or money orders accepted in advance.
- F.O.B. our warehouse. Sale tax, if applicable is not included
- 1 Year warranty on parts and labor
- 15 day money back guarantee minus S&H. Merchandise MUST be in new condition and include all original packaging and materials. Returns not accepted without Returned Merchandise Authorization Number!
Important!
- $45.00 late charge plus 1.5% per month assessed on invoices beyond terms.
- Please keep your invoice! Invoices are required for all returns and warranty services.
- A 25% restocking fee is charged for returns after 15 days of the invoice date. Returns WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED after 30 days.
- All returns must be authorized by calling (909) 947-8080 or via email. In order for returns to be accepted they must meet the following criterion: Merchandise must be in NEW CONDITION and in Original Packing complete with instruction manuals, cards and accessories.
- Returns must be packaged in a separate cardboard carton to protect the original box. Any returns not packaged accordingly may be subject to a 15% repackaging fee at Sun Equipment Corporations discretion.
